In addition, Verari is appointing Kevin McGrath, current Senior Vice President of Engineering, to oversee and manage the Storage Group business unit. McGrath has an extensive background in storage systems hardware and software development that includes tenure at companies such as Amdahl, BMC Software, Legato Systems, and EMC.

Organizationally, the Storage Group will include a team of dedicated engineers as well as product management and product marketing resources. The Storage Group will be closely coupled with Verari's core engineering organisation to optimize solutions for current and future BladeRack 2 X-Series platforms and FOREST container solutions. Sales and support capabilities will continue to be delivered through Verari Systems' global organization.
